Our department is responsible for overseeing the daily financial obligations of the district. We maintain all financial records and provide monthly reports to the chief appraiser and board of directors. We handle all quarterly billings to the taxing entities and keep a close working relationship with bank depositories. Our department is also responsible for the maintenance and preserving of all personnel files, job posting opportunities and recruitment, maintaining accumulated leave schedules, and staying up to date with changes in the law that may affect personnel policy.
